Adjustable Depth Scale Pre-set plunge depth by lowering the router bit to the work surface and locking. Lower stop rod to the surface of the micro-adjustable stop on the base. Adjust scale marker to zero depth setting. Raise stop rod until the scale marker reads the desired depth setting. Lock stop rod and the router will now plunge to the desired setting.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES :
GripVac Handle For single hand gripping operation. Features a soft over-mold surface that molds to the operators hand for maximum comfort and control. This grip method is often preferred when using the router on dovetail machines with repetitive front-to-back movements.
For maximum dust control and additional hand gripping versatililty, the standard base handle is replaceable with the GripVac handle (#26820). The GripVac attachment mounts over the dust access hole.
The GripVac attachment minimizes vacumn hose interference by efficiently exhausting the dust through the top of the handle. Must be used with the clear dust insert included with the base. Dust insert mounts inside the base by removing the sub-base and attraching between the base casting and plastic sub-base.
