The beadLOCK™ system is a dream to work with and delivers perfect mortise and tenon joints every time. Aside from their patented jig, the only tool required is a drill - no more chisels, mortising machines, table saw jigs or endless shaving to get that exquisitely cut joint. Just cut your stock to size and draw a witness mark across both pieces at the joint center, clamp the jig to each part with the jig at the "A" setting, switch to the "B" setting and drill. Finish by cutting the pre-milled tenon stock (with maximum side-grain gluing surface!) to length and check the fit. Now your ready to glue up!

This kit comes complete with a 3/8" and 1/2" jig, 2 feet each of 3/8" and 1/2" tenon stock, shims and complete instructions.
3/8" Beadlock Kit
This kit contains a 3/8" beadlock jig, 2 feet of tenon stock, shim set and complete instructions.
Extra tenon stock is sold in packages of 3 each 1 foot pieces.
You can also make your own beadLOCK™ tenon stock in any wood species you desire with the beadLOCK™ tenon bits.
