To sharpen blades, apply two or three firm strokes with a mill bastard file using a forward motion. File in one direction only.
To change blades, simply loosen bolt and carefully lift blade. Rotate to new edge or remove blade. Insert new blade through keyhole and position over mounting peg. Tighten securely with slotted screwdriver.
